Our return policy is for store credit or exchange only. Items are eligible for return if they meet the following criteria:

• All items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still has the original tags still attached.
• Items are received by Modern Ego no later than 14 days from the original purchase date.
• All sale items are final. No returns or exchanges.

If your item does not meet the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return your items as they will be rejected by our Returns Department.

All Sale items are final. Please do not attempt to return sale items as you will need to pay to have the items shipped back to you.

In the case of a defective item, you must bring it to our attention within 3 days to be eligible for a replacement.

If you wish to make a return or exchange you must download the product return slip by clicking the "Download Return Slip" button below. All returns received without a product return slip will be rejected.

When sending your items, we strongly suggest sending them USPS Priority mail, UPS, or FedEx with a tracking number. Modern Ego is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

The return total will be given in the form of a store credit, less the cost of shipping and return shipping. Please allow up to 4 business days to process your return after Modern Ego receives it. Shipping costs are non refundable.
